S.T.E.P PROGRAM = (Support-Transition-Establishment-Program) = Our program assist homeless clients by securing the necessary funding and support services to secure permanent housing, developing relationships with homeless individuals to help them transition back into the community, and encouraging personal growth, development of skills and character quality traits that will ensure future success in life.
Our program has the primary objective to promote interdependency and independence for all human beings.
Destiny Respite Youth House = Our Destiny’s Respite Program is designed to give parents a much need rest from a child who has been identified as a youth at risk of being placed in out of home care. It is hoped families use this opportunity to spend quality time with remaining siblings or just enjoy some rest and relaxation.
The program is provided by qualified staff at the Destiny House Site located at 2005 Lumsden Rd. in Brandon FL. The program allows children to enjoy a social outing while building a bond with the staff. The goal of the program is to decrease family tension and possible placement of the children referred. The staff follows all guidelines set by the family and treatment teams to allow for smooth transition between home and respite.
